Something you can move in. Think fitted, comfy, not-too-loose. Grip socks are required (for safety + style).
When should I arrive?
First-timers: 10 minutes early so we can show you around. Regulars: 5 minutes does the trick.
What is Core House, Lift House, and Stretch House?
Core House is our 45-minute foundational reformer class focusing on strength + stability. Lift House turns up the heat with added resistance and power sequences. Stretch House is all about lengthening, mobility, and recovery for sore days — think active full body stretches.
No matter the “House,” you’ll get a thoughtful, full-body workout.
I’m new to reformer Pilates. Can I take class?
Absolutely. The House is designed for all levels. Our instructors offer clear cues and modifications so you can move safely and confidently — even if it’s your first time on a carriage. New to reformer pilates? Arrive 10 minutes early so we can give you the grand tour, set you up, and make your first shake a confident one.
