Inside the House: Q&A
Life at The House
-
Core House is our 45-minute foundational reformer class focusing on strength + stability.
Lift House turns up the heat with added resistance and power sequences.
Stretch House is all about lengthening, mobility, and recovery for sore days — think active full body stretches.
No matter the “House,” you’ll get a thoughtful, full-body workout. -
Absolutely. The House is designed for all levels. Our instructors offer clear cues and modifications so you can move safely and confidently — even if it’s your first time on a carriage. New to reformer pilates? Arrive 10 minutes early so we can give you the grand tour, set you up, and make your first shake a confident one.
You will get it— and we’re here to help. Reformers look intimidating, but the magic is in the control and tempo. With a couple of classes under your belt, you’ll feel right at home. -
We keep things intimate. Our classes have 10 reformers, ensuring form-focused attention and a strong community feel.
-
Grip socks are required for safety (and style). Wear something you can move in — think comfy, not-too-loose.
If you forget your socks, we have some cute ones for purchase at the studio! Hydration is always welcome—bring your water bottle and use our refill station. -
Please send us an email.
-
Yes! Birthdays, corporate events, team retreats, bachelorette parties, mom group outings, friend reunions, pre-wedding “let’s look snatched” sessions, post-baby “let’s feel human again” meetups, and really any excuse to get your favorite people shaking together on the carriage.
If you’ve got a group, a vibe, or a celebration — we’ll build the perfect House experience for you. Just email us, and we’ll make it happen. 💛
-
We do not have showers but you can change in one of the two bathrooms located at the back of The House.

Unused classes don’t roll over, but we totally get that schedules can be tight. If you’re having trouble finding openings, please reach out — we’ll help you navigate the schedule to make sure you get the most out of your membership.
-

-
Of course! Just email us before your next billing cycle and we’ll switch you over.
